Bluegrass Bookstores – Kentucky Living Magazine

Have you ever met someone from Kentucky? If your answer is yes, then I guarantee you’ve heard a good story or two. Kentuckians are natural story tellers; I think it’s just part of our DNA. Of course with that comes a fascination with stories. Kentucky is lucky to be the home of many historically rich and interesting bookstores. In October of 2016, I journeyed around the state, meeting bookstore owners and talking to them about their story. Each owner has their unique story of how they opened their bookstore, what their favorite book is and each one has a vastly different voice. If you’re curious about hearing their stories, please read my article.

About me

Hello friends! I’m Meghan, a lady on the petite side of life, but I’ve never let that stop me. Some call me spunky others call me sassy; but I always try to round that out with some sugar. A tried-and-true realist, I want this blog to honestly capture my attempt at living life to the fullest.
